Thanksgiving Workout

For time: ~26:00

50 burpees
100m run
50 partner jump overs (other partner has to hold a plank)
100m walking lunges with med ball @ 10 lbs
50 burpees
100m run
50 partner jump overs (other partner has to hold a plank)
100m walking lunges with med ball @ 10 lbs
100 slam balls @ 10 lbs
400m run

If the med ball is dropped at any time, a 10 sit up penalty is assessed.

Partnered with Karen, Kimberly, Josie, and Lana.  Very fun!
