November 24 Workout

With a running clock:

10 minutes to complete 1 mile = 9:32
Then: AMRAP hand release pushups = 8

Rest 3:00

7 minutes to complete an 800m run = 4:21
Then: AMRAP power cleans @ 75 lbs = 22

Rest 3:00

4 minutes to complete a 400m run = 1:58
Then: AMRAP thrusters @ 45 lbs = 19
