Strength

Shoulder press =75 lbs

Competition

Tabata slamballs @ 50 lbs = 5
Tabata situps = 8
Tabata assault bike = 3

Tabata is 8 rounds of :20 of work and :10 of rest.  Score for each movement is the lowest number of reps performed during a :20 interval.  There is no rest between movements, other than a standard :10 rest.
