March 31 Workout

Warmup

2 rounds:

Banded leg abduction, 10 reps/leg
Squat therapy, 5 reps
V-sit hold :20
Banded tricep pushdown, 12 reps

Strength

1 1/4 front squat = 103 lbs

4 sets of 3 reps, building

3 @ 53 lbs
3 @ 73 lbs
3 @ 83 lbs
3 @ 103 lbs

Performance

Every 2 min for 12 min: 3 + 35

15 wallballs @ 20 lbs
10 hand-release pushups
15 double unders

* If you fail to complete the work, it becomes an AMRAP for the remaining time.
