March 15 Workout

Warmup

3 rounds:

Supine banded pullover, 10 reps
Dumbbell curl and press, 8 reps @ 15 lbs
Linear hurdle plyometric drill

Strength

Push press = 83 lbs

5 sets of 1 rep, building

1 @ 33 lbs
1 @ 53 lbs
1 @ 63 lbs
1 @ 73 lbs
1 @ 83 lbs

Performance

2 sets, with a running clock: 0-18-29-0-15-17

2:00 to complete:
50 double unders then AMRep pull-ups
 
Rest 1:00

2:00 to complete:
8 cals assault then AMRep toes to bar

Rest 1:00

2:00 to complete:
200m run then AMRep hand release push-ups

Rest 1:00

On rounds 1 and 4, I did a minute of double unders and a minute of pull-ups.
