Warm-up

Roll to stand with plate @ 10 lbs x 6
5 muscle cleans @ 33 lbs

Strength

15 min to build to a heavy squat clean @ 83 lbs

9 @ 63 lbs

Fitness

 3 sets for reps = 53-43-33

:45 assault cals
