December 28 Workout

Back squat @ 103 lbs

5 @ 40%
5 @ 50%
5 @ 60%

5 sets, each for time: ? - 2:50 - 3:05 - 2:44 - 2:46

20 wall balls @ 16 lbs
10 toes to bar
10 assault cals sprint
Rest 1:30 between sets

Achieved Athlete-level!  I forgot to record my first round starting time.  Teamed up with Carrie.
