December 24 Workout

Bench and deadlift

Warm up sets:
10 @ bar
7 @ 50%
5 @ 60%
3 @ 70%

Working sets:
3 @ 75%
2 @ 80%
2 @ 85%
2 @ 88%
2 @ 92.5%

Deadlift = 163 lbs
Bench press = 93 lbs

50 burpees for time = 4:59
EMOM 5 slamballs before continuing to work @ 40 lbs

Achieved Sport-level!  And deadlift PR!
