Single arm dumb bell walking lunges (alternate arms each set) @ 20 lbs

Weighted sit ups x 12 @ 20 lbs

10 push presses @ 20 lbs
Rest :15
1:00 max effort rows for cals
Rest 1:30-2:00 between sets
