Strength

Front squat = 145 lbs
3 @ 105 lbs
3 @ 125 lbs
3 @ 145 lbs

Open 18.5
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes = 33

3 thrusters @ 100 lbs
3 chest to bar pullups
6 thrusters @ 100 lbs
6 chest to bar pullups
9 thrusters @ 100 lbs
6 chest to bar pullups

Did 5 less reps than last year.
