Bench press x 2 building @ 105 lbs

Barbell glute bridge x 10 @ 73 lbs

Teamed up with Karen, Kelly, and Carrie.

8 rounds = 13:25
5 ring rows (I did 3 rounds of strict pull ups in substitution)
7 box jumps @ 24"
9 dumb bell hang snatch @ 25 lbs

Pan-Seared Salmon

With herbed beet and horseradish salsa a lá Crystal.
