June 3 Workout

21 squat cleans @ 85
21 burpees over bar
5 rope lower/raises

Partnered with Geoff S.  Started with 115 lb squat cleans but those were too heavy so I went down weight.  Did 5 rope lowers/raises in the interest of sharing the rope.
