Salmon
with green beans, mint chutney, and artichoke-almond salsa. Picture doesn’t include the salsa. Salmon cooking time was 4 min for the skin side, 2 min other side.
Vietnamese shaking beef
with muoi tieu chanh sauce.
Chicken chile verde
with tomatillos and cabbage-celery slaw.
Malaysian pork mee goreng
with udon noodles and zucchini.
